At GolfDrivr, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) may be required
If your return does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom golf items (including items made to order or customized in any way)
- Used golf equipment, including items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement.
